RSS Feeds
An activity feed for the site! You can use it with an RSS reader to keep up to date with the goings-on round here.
Main feed URL: https://snail-legs.co.uk/feed.xml
This is the site’s main feed; it’s updated when new comics/zines/blogposts are uploaded.
There are a few more granular feeds also! I don’t like to feel spammy, so the main feed is dedicated to more major updates, while these are more specific to categories of posts that might be more frequent/less substantial.

RSS Tips
RSS feeds have been invaluable for keeping up with my favourite blogs/webcomics/podcasts over the years, and I strongly recommend trying out RSS yourself if you haven’t already!
To get started with RSS, you’ll need:
- a handful of feeds you want to subscribe to (and if you’re here, then you might already be able to think of a few!)
- and an RSS reader; software that’ll check for updates to your feeds and put them in a more human-readable format.
As far as RSS readers go, I use fraidycat at the moment! I think it’s also possible to use Thunderbird as an RSS reader, but I’ve not looked into it properly.
Generally, you subscribe to a feed by adding its URL to your feed reader; the specifics of this process differs between tools.
Some RSS readers will be able to find a site’s RSS feeds for you, and most podcasts/webcomics/blogs will advertise their RSS feeds onsite somewhere (eg. footer, nav, RSS icon)
If you’re struggling to find a site’s feed, then… not all sites have them! But they usually live somewhere like “website.url/feed.xml”, or “website.url/feed/”, or “website.url/rss.xml”, or “website.url/rss/”.
And that concludes my RSS tips. If you’re just embarking on your RSS journey, good luck! I hope RSS is as useful to you as it is to me :)
