My scarring should be fairly minimal once healed, but my chest will be asymmetrical.

Unfun fact: the London Transgender Clinic went into liquidation about 3 months into my recovery!

I was extremely fortunate in that I didn't have any complications, and had already had all bar one of my post-op appointments, but I really feel for everyone that was put into much worse situations by this.

As an aside, the comment on an asymmetrical chest is because, due to the nature of peri-areolar, the surgeon has less control over things like nipple placement.
