MIDDLE-RIGHT: A set of 3D heads based on the reference sketches, all shown at slightly different angles. They're also all bald because I don't like modelling hair very much.

ANNOTATION: Face design work!! I spent quite a bit of time just on trying to differentiate everyone's faces!! Like many an anime-influenced artist, I suffer from same face syndrome. I'm also a bit face-blind irl, so fighting it is kiiind of an uphill battle... But I'm very pleased with how they came out, so it was worth the work!! :D
